We are working with Senator Cassidy, a Republican from Louisiana. He’s a physician and got the bipartisan effort to end surprise billing going in Congress together with Democratic Senator Hassan. He expressed his frustration that Congress hears so much from groups with a vested interest like insurance companies and hospitals and so little from informed, everyday Americans. He asked to work with us to bring the national attention to our surprise billing findings that they deserve.
